• Profile and compliance documents: CIDB registration, B-BBEE certificates, VAT, COIDA, and related uploads
• Platform activity: RFQs, bids, contracts, messages, and notification preferences
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Struqt platform
• To match RFQs with qualified subcontractors and facilitate bidding
• To send transactional notifications (bid received, award confirmation, invoices)
• To verify compliance documents and maintain platform integrity
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing Your Information

We share relevant profile and bid information with other platform users as necessary to facilitate procurement (e.g. your company profile is visible to RFQ issuers when you bid). We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account subject to outstanding contractual or fee obligations.

Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Contact us to exercise these rights.
